We assist with cooking, meal planning, budgeting, shopping, personal organisation, communication, decision-making, time management, technology use, and other essential life skills based on each participant’s goals. Our support workers provide patient guidance and encouragement while allowing participants to learn at their own pace. Every activity is designed to build confidence through practical experience and ongoing support.
